Allan Lico, who has more than 20 years of experience in content and entertainment, arrives at Endemol Shine Brasil - part of the global power Banijay, the largest producer and distributor of international content in the world - to assume the position of Creative Vice President.
Directors Bruna Barbosa and Guilherme Schutze, in addition to a robust creative team, answer to him in the department, working directly on several projects, among them, MasterChef Brasil, Love is Blind, The Masked Singer Brasil, All Together Now, Rio Shore, Survivor etc.

Allan Lico has worked in several communication vehicles and audiovisual production companies, performing creative and artistic functions. Before starting his career as VP at Endemol Shine Brasil, he was Director of Digital and Branded Content at Endemol Shine Brasil, Content and Production Manager at the unit that takes care of digital business at Grupo Globo, Director of Creation and Content at a Brazilian fintech and head of Bandplay, Grupo Bandeirantes' streaming app.
