Founded in 2007, Endemol Shine Brasil, the Brazilian opco of Endemol Shine Group, has become the largest independent production house in the country due to their global hits, high quality standards, creative potential, and its committed and multitalented team led by Juliana Algañaraz. She reports to Endemol Shine Latino President Laurens Drillich, who is responsible for all of Endemol Shine’s business operations in Latin America.
Whether selling licenses or producing local versions of globally successful formats, such as “The Wall,” “MasterChef," "Dancing With The Stars," "The Four," "Family Food Fight," "All Together Now" and “Deal or No Deal,” the company has business agreements with all of the main broadcasters and platforms in Brasil. "Big Brother Brasil," Globo's smash hit since 2002, is a license from Endemol Shine.
Alongside advertisement agencies and big local and multinational companies, Endemol Shine Brasil has developed new business models for branded content, turning the client’s message into innovative entertainment formats. “Cabelo Pantene – o reality,” sponsored by P&G, "O Próximo Número 1 Villa Mix," sponsored by AB Inbev, and “Eisenbahn Mestre Cervejeiro," sponsored by Heineken, are tailor-made original unscripted series that integrate both artistic and commercial needs.
