Thomas Ferguson, Vice President, Licensing Partnerships, Endemol Shine North America
Thomas Ferguson has served as Vice President, Licensing Partnerships, Endemol Shine North America since October 2017. Ferguson originally joined Shine America in December of 2013 and most recently served as Director, Licensing Partnerships.
Ferguson is responsible for negotiating and securing partnerships across various consumer product categories, publishing, e-commerce, branded content experiences as well as live events for shows such as “MasterChef” (FOX), “MasterChef Junior” (FOX) and “ The Biggest Loser” (NBC). Ferguson has been the lead for major ESNA initiatives like the MasterChef Cruise (Holland America), Cooking With MasterChef (Craftsy.com) and The Biggest Loser Resorts.
Prior to joining Endemol Shine North America, Ferguson was the lead designer and consultant for the branding agency Focus Group West, where he led client-facing design and product launch services for brands such as John Varvatos, Carolina Herrera, and BCBG eyewear, as well as various start-up companies in the eyewear and fashion space.
In 2012, he was also brought on board to consult for D23 (The Official Walt Disney Fan Club) in an effort to build out their first-ever e-commerce product collection and sales platform.
Ferguson has been named one of the “100 most important people in the eyewear industry” by Brilliant Magazine, served on the executive board of JHRTS and was featured as an expert on the Style Network. He currently lives in Eagle Rock, California.
