Marisa Hammonds, Vice President, Digital & Social Media, Endemol Shine North America

Marisa Hammonds serves as Vice President, Digital & Social Media, Endemol Shine North America, since June 2015.

Hammonds oversees the digital and social media strategy for the company’s TV series. Based in LA, Hammonds manages the digital content, social partnerships and multiplatform activations around the company’s scripted and unscripted television shows.

Hammonds works closely with network partners to grow and engage Endemol Shine’s TV brands across social media and digital platforms. She also collaborates with Endemol Beyond, the company’s digital premium content network, to leverage their capabilities and digital talent in the TV space.

Hammonds was formerly Director, Digital for Shine America, where she launched innovative partnerships for “MasterChef” (NBC) and “The Biggest Loser” (NBC) with platforms including Tumblr, Pinterest and Google+. For Season 3 of "MasterChef," she oversaw the launch of a mobile app and development of a social content strategy, which won “Best Multiplatform Project” at RealScreen West in 2013.

Hammonds holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stanford University.
