Kelia Tardiff serves as Vice President, Brand Partnerships, Endemol Shine North America, since June 2015.
Tardiff oversees identifying and developing multi-platform brand partnership opportunities for Endemol Shine North America’s scripted and unscripted properties including “The Biggest Loser” (NBC), “MasterChef” and "MasterChef Junior" (FOX), “The Steve Harvey Show” (Syndicated) and “Kingdom” (DirecTV) with global brand partners such as Ford, Garmin, General Mills, Jennie-O, Kohls, Subway, Walgreens and Walmart.
From concept to execution, Tardiff works closely with brands and our producers and network partners to develop strategic on-air creative and custom digital content with off-air promotional extensions that allow the audience to engage with our shows and brands in unique and exclusive ways while ultimately driving brand goals.
Tardiff initially joined Endemol Shine in 2007, having held roles in creative affairs and reality development as a producer working on both network and cable shows such as “The Biggest Loser,” “Tabatha's Salon Takeover,” “The Buried Life” and “MasterChef.”
Tardiff previously worked in production management for MTV Networks on shows including “Punk'd,” “Making The Band” and “Jackass.”
Tardiff currently resides in Los Angeles and holds of Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pepperdine University.
