Julie Holland, Vice President, Communications, Endemol Shine North America
Julie Holland serves as Vice President, Communications, Endemol Shine North America, since March 2015. Holland originally joined Shine America in January 2013 as Director, Communications.
Holland oversees all unscripted communications efforts for Endemol Shine North America, as well as the company’s PR initiatives surrounding its brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary products group. She also supports Endemol Shine’s corporate, consumer and internal communications efforts, as well as awards, talent relations and events coordination.
During her three years with the company, Holland has led consumer publicity campaigns across many top unscripted programs including MasterChef (FOX), MasterChef Junior (FOX), The Biggest Loser (NBC), Billion Dollar Buyer (CNBC), Fear Factor (MTV) and Page Six TV (Syndicated), and is actively leading on campaigns for upcoming series, including Best.Cover.Ever (YouTube), Trading Spaces (TLC) and the first celebrity edition of Big Brother (CBS).
Holland also leads corporate and consumer PR for Endemol Shine North America’s brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary consumer products group. Working alongside the company’s marketing and digital teams, she has developed comprehensive launch campaigns for products and partners including “The Biggest Loser” Resorts, “MasterChef” cookbooks, “MasterChef” Cruises, “MasterChef Junior” Cooking Sets, and more.
Prior to joining the company, Holland spearheaded the Los Angeles office of Triple 7 PR where she provided her expertise in brand development, product launches, and entertainment publicity for properties including “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve (ABC), “Tabatha’s Takeover,” “Jillian Michaels: Ripped in 30” and The Live Well Network.
Previously while at retail brand and engagement firm Two West, Holland served as Vice President of Business Development where she led the company’s marketing and public relations efforts and managed retail brand campaigns for international clients such as The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Prior to Two West, Holland served as a publicist at B|W|R public relations working with clients including World Wrestling Entertainment, BET, MINDLESS ENTERTAINMENT/51 MINDS.
Holland lives in Los Angeles and holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
