July 21, 2015 - Endemol Shine North America has signed an exclusive multi-platform deal with Executive Producer Justin Hochberg and his Just Entertainment Studio, it was announced today by Eden Gaha, President, Unscripted Television, Endemol Shine USA.

Hochberg, who helped develop and launch NBC’s original “The Apprentice” and “The Contender” franchises, and created TNT’s “Great Escape” and CNBC‘s breakout hit “The Profit,” will along with his team, develop the next generation of global TV formats and digital branded content for Endemol Shine North America.

“We’re excited to have Justin on our Endemol Shine team to develop the next generation of global TV formats and branded digital content,” said Gaha. “Justin’s a talented producer with the ability to bring together all of the elements that create major TV franchises.”

Hochberg added, "The new Endemol Shine is more than a TV juggernaut. Having access to its digital platforms, talent, consumer products and global reach, has already begun paying dividends. I've never gotten bigger and better ideas sold faster. What producer wouldn't dream to have that?"

As a producer, he has guided four cable networks into reality programming with content including “The Great Escape” for TNT, which he created and served as executive producer with Ron Howard; “The Moment” for USA Network, which received a Critic’s Choice nomination for “Best Reality Series,” “Race to the Scene” with Dolph Lundgren for Reelz Channel and “The Profit” for CNBC, the channel’s #1 and highest-rated original series.
