Job Summary: 
 
The Receptionist/HR Assistant will handle phone system, provide administrative support, and assist with HR related projects, including but not limited to the following: 
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes guests to Bunim-Murray Productions 
  • Answers main telephone lines by screening and routing calls appropriately 
  • Responsible for screening onsite visitors in accordance with COVID compliance protocols and 
  • granting campus access
  • Coordinates HR related trainings for production projects, in partnership with Production
  • Management and external vendors
  •  Assists with production deliverable requests, in partnership with Clearance and Legal teams
  • Maintains vaccine status database and discretely handles related documentation
  • Troubleshoots campus access systems and fields tickets to IT department accordingly
  • Distributes mail and receives incoming package deliveries
  • Creates employee event notifications and assists with onsite event coordination
  • Maintains a neat and presentable reception area
  • Assists with other projects as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate setting with administrative experience. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Box/Dropbox. 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks accurately 
  • and efficiently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills – this role interacts with staff at all levels of the
  • company.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Must be a pro-active, self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team.
  • Must communicate and keep managers informed of any issues that arise at reception or security.
